How much does it cost?Staging costs are based upon the value of your home. We provide an estimate at no cost. The scope of furniture used in a $200,000 condo will be different than furnishings used in a $3,000,000 home.

My house is already on the market. Is it too late?No, but don't wait too long! The best time to stage a home is before it is shown to the public. That way you capitalize on new Initial Buyers during the first 30 days that your home is on the market.

How do I choose the right company?Do your homework. You want a company that has a proven track record. Also determine where they obtain their furniture. You don't want used, dated furniture that's been sitting around in a warehouse or used a multitude of times. At Home PS uses only new furnishings. We are able to use new furnishings specific for your home because we are able to then re-sell the furnishings after your home sells, at a discount in our store.
